A HUNDRED YEARS AGO IN PARIS -exhibition is open for public
Paris last hosted the Olympic Games in the summer of 1924. 3,099 men and 158 women from 45 countries competed for medals in 131 events in the French capital. Paris 1924 also marked the highpoint of Finnish sports history. Finland finished second in the medal standings, beaten only by the United States.
The photo based exhibition covers the games from the Finnish perspective. The exhibition will be a part of the main exhibition of TAHTO from June 13th to September 4th.
Exhibition languages: Finnish, France and English.
The exhibition is supported by The Embassy of France in Finland.
